Prowess Consulting is looking for a Technical Training/Curriculum Development Designer with instructional design skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in technical training creation and various LMS systems.
This is a three (3) to four (4) month contract role that will be worked on-site, four (4) days per week. To be considered for this role you must reside in the greater Seattle area. No third-party agencies, please.

The Role
- Training and content creation for compliance employee training
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the regulatory requirements of the obligations and translate these into clear, concise training materials
- Review current content and all of the training materials and put together an appealing, creative program for compliance training for on-demand employee training
- Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and adherence to industry standards
- Ensure that all content is compatible with the LMS platform, ensuring seamless access to training content
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure the training content meets regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in technical training development and/or instructional design
- Familiarity with the M365 Suite of tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.
- Experience with Viva Learning or other similar LMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and accessible manner
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at one time
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- The offered base pay range for this position is $50 to $60 per hour.
