This is a full-time role with Prowess Consulting. To be considered for this role, you must reside in the greater Seattle area, and you must be willing and able to work in our client’s Redmond-based offices once a week or as needed. International travel may be required to support events in person. No third-party agencies, please.

- Create Buzz: Develop engaging communications, reports, and post-event highlights.
- Run the Show: Oversee logistics for onsite and virtual events—registration, catering, tech setup, and more.
- Stay Organized: Keep SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and event materials up-to-date and polished.
- 1-4 years of corporate event planning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and adapting to fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel) and a knack for learning new tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to pivot when plans change.
- You love solving problems on the fly.

Additional Details
- The pay range offered for this position is $75,000 – 92,000 per year.
