5+ years of work experience in analytics project management, strategy consulting, or business analysis— preferably in BFSI
Manage end-to-end analytics project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams (preferably BFSI domain)
Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and KPIs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of analytics lifecycle and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python familiarity)
Communicate KPI trends and project results effectively to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
