Software Sales Representative

SmartDeploy is looking for an energetic, charismatic, and friendly Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position will focus on making the initial customer contact and building the SmartDeploy customer base through various sales activities.

This position requires excellent organizational skills in an environment similar to a start-up. This is an exciting and fast paced environment and we strive to provide authentic, high-quality interactions with our customers to sell SmartDeploy.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers and partners through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Perpetuate lead nurturing activity to guide customers through the sales process
  • Escalate customer feedback or questions to appropriate product specialist
  • Matching SmartDeploy products to customer needs and requirements
  • Managing leads by tracking through CRM system and following up
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about calling and building new relationships with customers
  • B2B Sales experience 
  • 1-2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Ability to conduct research and think critically
  • Energetic disposition and articulate communicator
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral
  • Self-starter capable of working with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team

Other qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a sales, or administrative sales role; technology industry is a plus
  • Passionate about technology with an interest in learning new things especially related to computer operating system and application deployment
  • Must be local to the Greater Seattle area
